We repeat the same procedure every single day.工作最近變得平淡無奇，我們每天都重複一樣的程序。4 temporarily （影片時間2:58）temporarily 是從 temporary 這個字來的。temporary 是「臨時的、暫時的」的意思。The couple will be out for vacation, so they need a temporary babysitter to look after their child.這對夫妻放假時會出去度假，所以他們需要一個臨時的保姆來照顧他們的小孩。相對於 temporary 是 permanent，指的是「永恆、永久」的意思。He found himself a permanent job in New York, and will be moving there soon.他在紐約找到一份長期工作，而且很快就會搬過去了。5 be/get bogged down （影片時間3:43）bog是「沼澤」，所以 be/get bogged down 是指「陷入泥沼、被某件事情纏住而動彈不得」的意思。Don't get bogged down by their judgements.
